The SOME BY MI Micro Pin Spot Patch is designed for targeted acne care, utilizing micro-needles coated with hyaluronic acid and Truecica™ to deliver soothing and moisturizing benefits directly to troubled skin. 

Formulated with salicylic acid and niacinamide, this patch effectively addresses acne by managing sebum production and reducing traces of blemishes, helping to restore a smooth and clear complexion. Ideal for acne-prone skin, the patch combines the hydrating power of hyaluronic acid and Truecica™ with the purifying properties of salicylic acid and niacinamide for comprehensive skin care.

Recommended for: Acne prone skin, all skin types. 

How to use:

  • Ensure that the affected area is clean and dry.
  • Peel off a spot patch from the sheet and apply it directly onto the targeted pimple or blemish.
  •  Press firmly for more than 3 seconds.
  • After wearing for more than 4 hours, remove the patch gently.

It works so well, I usually put them on like big pimples that are almost not even ready to come out and the next day the zone is completely flat again
They are the only patches that actually help with my pimples but I don’t wanna waste them on small ones

somehow, they are not sticking very well, nor they give a good result. From a price point of view, i think the cheaper version is equally good

Every time I have used these on large painful pimples, they turn them into cysts that never seem to come to the surface. Not really sure how helpful these patches are.

I'm not sure about these yet. It seems to work well for under the skin pimple (better than the regular pimple patches), but they don't do as much as I hoped for this price point. Will have to keep trying them out

Great product!

Absolutely love these! They are great for blind pimples. Really helps treat them and makes sure you don’t get tempted to squeeze. Only down side is I wish there were more in the packet.
