Centella Asiatica Toner

I have combination skin. I found this toner hydrating but really on the surface and not deeper. I live in the Netherlands and for the winter and spring here, the hydration was not enough for me. It did not irritate me, or anything but also did not deliver as much as I hoped for.

Really happy with this product. I started with the skin 1004 centella toner and after finishing it I switched to this one and I like this one a lot better. It’s a lot more hydrating, takes all the last residu from the cleansers etc and leaves my skin with a plump and hydrated feeling without feeling heavy or to oily.
